Ingredients we supply

Our core categories remain continental meats, olives and antipasti, but we have recently launched an award-winning vegan meat-replacement range, Vivera. With burgers, stir-fry and kebab pieces, Vivera offers the caterer a choice of menu options to take advantage of the growing vegan trend.

Olives & antipasti

Our olives come from growers across Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, Morocco and Greece. We offer a wide range of antipasti from chargrilled, plain-dressed or un-dressed vegetables to sun and semi-dried tomatoes, anchovies and Spanish omelettes. All items can either be pre-portioned or supplied in kilo trays.


Our growing plant-based range offers meat alternatives that are suitable for vegans but are enjoyed by meat-eaters too. Burgers, steaks, kebab pieces, mince and fishless fingers are just some of the range which can be supplied in bulk to independents and wholesalers alike.


We supply some of the largest UK food manufacturers with a range of chorizo: whole, sliced, diced, minced, coins and cooking sausages, with snacking formats also available.

Cooked meats & franks…

Our cooked meats come from Germany, Italy, Spain and France and can be sliced, diced or whole. We also supply mini, regular or jumbo vacuum-packed frankfurters.

Cured meats

Iberico, Prosciutto Crudo, Bresaola and Parma are just a few of the cured meats we supply in a range of formats.

Salami & pepperoni

Whole, sliced, diced salami and pepperoni can be supplied in kilo trays or portioned. HPP is also available (supplied vacuum packed)
